All folders have upload links at the bottom 
You can upload from your devices files
You can also upload directly from a url
The maximum standard upload is 2mb per file
There is a option to increase the upload limit to 5mb per file in additional features
The Total uploads is not limited
Note:
You cannot embed uploaded media files on sites with the 5mb upload limit option
You cannot upload by url (except text based files and images) from sites with the 5mb upload limit option
Many things can cause upload problems if you have difficulty try another browser
Spaces in urls and complex query strings can also cause problems
User uploads
The only user uploads allowed are as attachments to posts in the forum function
